14-Day Returns Policy for Peaknfly

At Peaknfly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can initiate a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. Here are the details of our returns policy:

1. Eligibility 
Refunds are not offered except the item is unavailable or lost in transit

2. Return Process:
- Contact peaknflystore@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a brief reason for the return Photo Evidence is also advised 
- I will review your request and provide with the return shipping instructions.

3. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
- I recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Please note that shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.

5Late or Lost Returns:
- Returns that exceed the 14-day period will not be accepted, except in cases of shipping delays beyond your control.
- I recommend tracking your return shipment to avoid any issues with lost returns.
